Policies How do I order something? You can now pay for your purchases securely using Paypal. All you need in order to use Pay Pal is to sign in with your email address and a password that only you know! It's that easy! However, if you do not wish to use Paypal, you can email me with your selections and phone number and I will call you to make alternate payment arrangements When will my order ship? All items will ship within 10 business days of receipt of payment What about sales tax? 6% sales tax will be charged only if shipping to a Pennsylvania address. Do you charge shipping? All orders over $50 receive free insured shipping. Orders under $50 will incur a $4 shipping charge
What is your Return Policy?
A happy customer is one who will refer me to her friends, therefore I guarantee 100% customer satisfaction! If there is a problem, please email me within 14 days of the shipping date so that I can correct the problem, provide a replacement or refund your money. You must notify Designs by Mindi by email before returning any items in order to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returned items without an RA # will not be accepted What is your Repair Policy? There is a $5 per strand restringing fee for any item in need of repair. I use professional quality products (see "About Your Jewelry" for further explanation) in the creation of each item. In the event of defective materials or craftmanship, repairs will be made free of charge for the first 6 months. Please note that repairs needed due to excessive wear & tear (determined by gouges, scratches or mis-shaped components) will incur the repair charge. What about sizing?
If it is necessary to resize your purchase, the restringing fee ($5 per strand) will be applied as the entire item must be disassembled, redesigned and rebalanced. Please ensure that you are ordering the proper size! Please use our sizing information on the "About Your Jewelry" page as a guide. If you need assistance, feel free to email me Please note that any item without a sizing option listed next to it cannot be resized larger than indicated under any circumstances. This is likely due to the inability to get more of the beads used to create the piece.
I see something I like, but want it in another color! Ok - it happens! In many cases (but not all) I can remake something to your color specifications. Just send me an email and we can discuss it! |
